We will work with you to advise on your contract of employment and assist you in navigating the workforce.

TSG offers affordable advice to our clients by operating 100% online, and our advice is provided by qualified and fully-insured employment relations advisors.

How do I know if The Savvy Grad is right for me?

Our primary goal at TSG is to ensure our clients are well-informed and confident in signing their contract of employment with a potential employer. We know it’s a big decision to make when seeking employment (trust us, we’ve been there!) and we want to be in your corner.

Will you negotiate the contract on my behalf?

Accepted Answer

No, TSG will not enter into any contract discussions or negotiations on your behalf. Our scope of service is specifically related to reviewing and answering questions you may have with your contract of employment documentation.

Question 5

Should I tell my future employer that I am using The Savvy Grad?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. As TSG does not represent you in your negotiations or speak directly with your potential employer there is no requirement to notify them that you are a TSG client.
TSG does not represent you in any recruitment process.

What happens if I don’t get the job, or I don’t sign the contract?

My employer didn’t provide me with a contract – can The Savvy Grad help?

Whilst there is no legal requirement to have a written contract of employment in place, it’s certainly a good idea. If you are considering a new job and a contract has not been provided, please contact us to discuss your options.

Our ultimate goal at TSG is for our clients to be well-informed and comfortable with their terms and conditions of employment. We will never provide you advice on what you should or should not do.

How do I submit my contract and receive the feedback?

As part of our secure online checkout process, you can upload your contract directly via our SSL encrypted website. If you would prefer, you can also send your documentation via email to team@thesavvygrad.com.au 
A comprehensive report and feedback will be emailed directly to you.

We are committed to providing affordable and transparent pricing. All you will pay is one upfront fixed fee of $385.

How long does it take to get my report back?

Depending on the length and complexity of the contract, however typically the report is emailed to you within 2-3 business days.
If you have a particular deadline, please let us know when submitting your contract and we will do our best to accommodate it.
