No, TSG will not enter into any contract discussions or negotiations on your behalf. Our scope of service is specifically related to reviewing and answering questions you may have with your contract of employment documentation.

Not necessarily. As TSG does not represent you in your negotiations or speak directly with your potential employer there is no requirement to notify them that you are a TSG client.

Whilst there is no legal requirement to have a written contract of employment in place, it’s certainly a good idea. If you are considering a new job and a contract has not been provided, please contact us to discuss your options.

A comprehensive report and feedback will be emailed directly to you.

We are committed to providing affordable and transparent pricing. All you will pay is one upfront fixed fee of $385.

Depending on the length and complexity of the contract, however typically the report is emailed to you within 2-3 business days.

If you have a particular deadline, please let us know when submitting your contract and we will do our best to accommodate it.
